Walk & Talk sessions bring together a small group of up to five learners (A2 level and above) for a one-hour guided conversation in a relaxed, natural setting in Bracknell. This immersive format allows you to practise French as it’s meant to be used: naturally, socially, and without pressure. You’ll develop fluency, expand your vocabulary, and improve your listening skills, all while enjoying the benefits of being outdoors.

A Lifelong Passion for Languages
Academic Background
I hold a Licence (BA) in English Linguistics, History, and Literature from the prestigious Université de Strasbourg, where my love for languages deepened even further. During my studies, I explored four additional languages, including Old Norse—because why not delve into the languages of the Vikings?
In total, I've studied over 10 languages throughout my life. This isn't just a qualification—it's given me invaluable insight into the challenges and triumphs every language learner faces.

Since emigrating to the UK in 2009, I've dedicated myself to teaching French across a diverse range of educational settings:

Bonjour! I'm Fred, and languages have shaped my entire life.
Born and raised in the stunning Alsace region of France, I grew up surrounded by a rich tapestry of languages—French, Alsatian, and German were part of my daily life from childhood. By the time I finished school at 18, I was fluent in five languages, and I knew then that my future lay in understanding how we communicate across cultures.
